Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your TempoMemo account and associated personal data at any time.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. Your private decks, cards, learning history, owned digital items, and account profile may no longer be recoverable.
Delete in the app
Open TempoMemo, go to Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account, read the notice, and complete identity verification.
Request support
If you cannot access the app, contact official support using the email linked to your account and state that you want to delete the account. We may verify ownership before processing.
Processing and retention
We process verified requests within the period required by applicable law. Limited records may be retained where required for transaction, dispute, security, or legal compliance.
