These terms explain the rules for using TempoMemo and its flashcard, resource, template, and account services.
Using TempoMemo
You must use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and remain responsible for content created or uploaded through your account.
Content and resources
You retain rights to your original content. Public resources, templates, and decorations may have separate usage conditions shown with the item. Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
Points and paid services
The price, duration, included features, renewal terms, and refund channel shown at purchase apply. Virtual points and redeemed digital items cannot be transferred between accounts unless required by law.
Service changes
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. We will provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects users.
